DAHLIA TUBERS:

- We can only ship throughout Australia EXCLUDING WA, TAS & NT due to their quarantine restrictions.

- Some cultivars have limited stock.

- There is a one per customer limit on a couple of cultivars, if you accidentally order more, they will be refunded and added back to the online shop.

- Dahlia tubers will be posted out to you from Mid-September-October for our first release and in November for our second release.

- The tubers you add to your cart aren't yours until the payment/checkout process is complete, others may check out before you do leading to them being sold out.

- We can combine orders, just pay for each order and postage then send me an email with your order numbers to be combined (floralfulflowers@gmail.com). I'll then go through and refund the difference in postage depending on how many tubers you have ordered.

- Farm pickup is available for locals (4605), just pay for your order and postage then send me an email with your order number/s and I'll refund the postage. These will be available to pickup around early October.

- All cultivars are grown and divided by us here at Floralful, we take special precautions to the best of our ability to ensure all stock is free from disease.

- FLORALFUL holds no responsibility for tubers after they’ve been shipped. We are not responsible for storage, planting conditions, weather, animal damage poor customer care etc.

- We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

- Unpack your order as soon as possible after receiving and if there are any concerns email floralfulflowers@gmail.com within 48 hours.
